By using this website and hiring MacInside's services, you agree to the following terms of service.

1. Diagnosis and Quotes

All preliminary diagnoses are done at no cost, except for complex logic board failures or liquid-damaged devices that require test soldering, which will be informed beforehand. Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days.

2. Warranty Periods

All our hardware repairs are backed by a 3 to 6-month warranty on both replacement parts and handiwork, starting from the delivery date.

3. Device Pick-up

It is the client's responsibility to retrieve their device within 30 days of being notified. After this period, the device may be placed in long-term storage.
